Another day, another update.
- Cheat free days – 0… Failed again yesterday with a bit of chicken and some pasta that the kids had for dinner… Stupid stuff – same old shit.
- Steps – 12,396 (over 10k target)
- Sleep – 7hrs 37mins
- Exercise – 10 mins stationary bike, 10 mins treadmill, 10 mins cross trainer, 10 mins (sitting) bike, 15 mins swim
Annoyed that I cheated again yesterday and need to keep on track today. On a positive note, really enjoying the cardio and starting to be able to push myself a little more each time that I go. Two more visits planned (Sunday and Tuesday) before the next weigh in. Ideally I need to start using the WiiFit again and doing a bit more yoga as that has taken a backseat the past few weeks, so I may give that a go tonight when Kieran is at Scouts..
Seeing the inlaws and Lindsey’s family for an early Christmas celebration this weekend – so need to stay away from the turkey!
