So week 10 update time already – it’s funny looking back at the first few weeks and how long they stretched out vs. how quickly they are going now.
This week has been a good week. I didn’t lose a great amount (3lb)- but had to get back into ketosis after slipping out so wasn’t expecting much. Overall though, I feel a lot more positive, it feels a little like I am getting my mojo back and am just feeling so happy at the moment… Just typing that almost brings me out in tears of joy, which is a little weird. Perhaps it’s because I’ve just finished today’s yoga session.
As mentioned a few days ago I’ve started getting a bit of exercise in. 30+ min of Wii Fit and 20+ mins of Yoga for the past 3 days and I’m already starting to feel a little fitter and my joints a little more flexible. Tomorrow I go to the gym to get signed up and get some more cardio back in, which I am hoping will give me a big week of weight loss.
In terms of the 3lb I lost this week – this brings me to the next milestone. I have now (in just over 2 months) lost over 4st (4st 1lb to be precise). It brings me to 17st 5lb so a good week and I could be under 17st for the first time in god knows how many years. Lets see how it goes – even if it takes 2 weeks it’s still well within my grasp now. I’m also just one week away (I expect!) from having lost 20% of my original body weight.

Target 9 – Loose 125lb
FINAL GOAL – Loose 140lb (10st) – Reward – Wedding Ring
PROGRESS: 57lb gone – 83lb to go (40.7% gone) – 19% of original weight lost
The meeting tonight was also really good. I’ll try and do an update later this week to go into some detail and analysis of it.
